Ethiopia's Children Need a Bright Future!
According to UNICEF Ethiopia counts one of the largest populations of orphans in the world with an estimated 4.6 million orphans of which about 800,000 are orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Some sources estimate there are more than six million orphans in Ethiopia. Most of these children are left alone with a dark future.
The future and God-given potential of these young people is often wasted. They have great
needs. To survive the hostile world around them and thrive in life they need help. At GBF we have witnessed holistic transformation of many children. We inspire a future they never imagined possible. We nurture them through education, nutrition, friendship, mentoring, and love.
